Delay and price depend on the type of your data files (see below How to proceed?) and on the size of your school.
If you send us a Curriculum file ( outline ) or an .edt, .gpn or .nsb file (see below How to proceed?), we normally need 3 (small school, less than 350 students) to 6 days (big school, over 1200 students) for elaborating the timetable.
If you are not able to send us a Curriculum file or an .edt, .gpn or .nsb file and send us all your data in raw files (.txt, .doc, .xls), please add a half day for additional work.

For a first timetable: we charge US $ 500.- (Euro 400.- for Europe) per day, which comes to US $ 1500.- (Euro 1200.-) for a small school (with Curriculum file or .edt or .gpn or .nsb file). Price excludes tax. This price compares with good timetabling softwares available on the market for small schools.
For subsequent timetables: you will obtain a 50% discount, as all the groundwork will already have been done for the first timetable.

Payment

Belgium, France, Switzerland: we invoice our work when we send the finished timetable. The invoice is payable within 30 days upon receipt, without any discount. An anticipated payment remains pending.
Other countries: anticipated payment is requested.

1. Start by the registering.

2. Once the registration is sent, you will immediately receive a confirmation with banking information. Registration fees are US $ 100.- (Euro 80.- for Europe), payable by bank draft or bank transfer. They cover the analysis of your files and the feasibility of your timetable and are credited when you place your order.

3. You then send us your Curriculum ( outline ) file, if you have one. Even better, if you have already used gpUntis or Novaschem, you simply send us your *.gpn or *.nsb file, indicating the program version you have used.
   You may also send your data files instead of the Curriculum: in this case, send us your data (time grid, classes, subjects, teachers, rooms, lessons, constraints, etc.) by E-mail, as attached files in one of following formats: text (.txt), MS-Word (.doc) or MS-Excel (.xls). If you don't have MS-Word and/or MS-Excel, please check our tip below.

4. Once your files are analyzed and structured to be used for your timetable construction, we send you an estimate with a payment request. After receipt of your payment, we create your timetable and send it in html file form, which enables you to publish it (Internet or intranet) or print it. You will receive the individual timetables for classes, teachers and classrooms, as well as recapitulative timetables for the head office or secretary's office. Example
